Pre-travel

Step 1 – Download Sim & Account Manage APP

On App store or Google Play, search “EKSplori” or “Xplori” => download and install

Step 2 – Insert sim

Insert sim into your cell phone => App Ekspori and scan for the sim as below:

Menu -> Yoursim -> Change SIM? / Update (at the bottom of your screen)

Scan BarCode printed on back of the sim or type 19 digits under barcode (ICCID) -> next

Now, App will accept ICCID and phone number -> finish

Step 3 – Check your balance

At homepage of the App, there is your account balance under USD currency. This balance will be exchanged into equal GB data and call-time that you purchased.

In order to check service plan price for call and data, click “Your Sim” on Menu and select your departure country.

Top-up when travelling

Solution 1 – active: use your phone at any country with the same step as above step 3; purchase via your credit card.

Solution 2 – support from your relatives: ask your family, friends who are at home purchase via their credit card. Ask your friends to download App Xplori and type 19 digits of your ICCID, and execute top-up as step 3.

Post-travel

Important note: Xplori is a long-term sim, your sim balance can be used many times -> so after travel, you should keep the sim for other use or for your friends or family.

Expiry date for sim: 1 year from the last action

Expiry date for account: 6 months from the last action

It means: you totally have right to keep your Xplori sim for a long time, even a whole life if you want, by using it once per six months.
