The usage period of the travel SIM card for the Philippines starts counting from the day it is successfully activated.
A day of SIM usage is counted from the moment of successful installation until 23:59. For example, if you successfully install the SIM at 21:00, it will still be counted as one day of usage until 23:59 the same day.
You should only insert the SIM card after arriving in the Philippines. If you insert the SIM card while still in your country, it will activate and start counting the usage days.
To ensure the SIM card works appropriately, it is recommended that you keep the “Data Roaming” function enabled throughout your trip (this depends on the specific country).

Always turn on “Data Roaming” in order to connect internet.

Manual Installation

(In case the sim is not auto-activated)

Set APN for Iphone: Setting --> Cellular --> Cellular Data Options --> Cellular Data Network --> Edit APN as “internet”
Set APN for Android: Setting--> More --> Mobile Network --> Access Point Names --> Create new APN by clicking on plus mark --> Edit APN into “internet”

Note: With Iphone, if APN is not shown, please access Setting => General => Reset => Reset Network. Then reset network and change APN into “internet”

If I use out of 4GB data, can I access internet at slower speed?

Sure, because this is unlimited data sim, you still access internet at 123kbps after exceeding 4GB

Can I purchase more high speed data?

Sorry, but you cannot.

Can I return the item that is not used yet after buying?

You can return/change the product in case we deliver wrong one for you. We will take all responsibility on fees for this return/change. However, after delivering right item to you without mistake, we reject receiving the return item unless we have other specific agreement.

The amount of data is enough for my trip?

This depends strongly on your use. Usually within 30 days, the 2GB (2000MB) capacity may be enough for an user. You can refer the following sheet for daily data consuming activities.

I purchased my phone overseas with default mobile service plan. Can I use tourist sim?

Some phones which are purchased from other countries will be “network locked”; it means the phones just can be used for only one operator. If your phones belong to this case, you cannot use tourist sims even other normal sims.

I am using 3G phone, can I use tourist sim?

If your phone is 3G phone, you are only access 3G signal which reduces the quality of connection. Even, in some countries, they are not using 3G anymore, 4G, 4G+, 5G instead; so, you should not bring 3G phone when travelling.

Can I use tourist sim with Wifi Hotspot in order release wifi signals for many devices connection?

Yes, you can in case your hotspot is not locked by your operator. You can check your wifi hotspot by using different operator’s sims, if your hotspot can use other sims, it can use tourist sim as well.
