How to use Europe Travel Sim

Install / Setup Sim:

Step 1: Insert the sim card into the phone (use slot 1 in case the phone has 2 sim slots) During setup please disable or remove your sim 2 ^from slot 2)

Step 2: Restart the phone and wait for a while for your sim to detect the network and activate automatically. For some phones, this process may take longer than usual, up to several minutes. Please be patient!

Step 3: Enable “Cellular Data” and “Data Roaming” (Settings > Cellular Data / Connections > Cellular Data Options / Cellular > Data Roaming > On)

Step 4: If no network, or 3G/4G -> please restart your phone, or turn on Airplane mode for 2 minutes and then turn it off.

In case you cannot access the internet after Step 4 You will need to manually set up the Access Point Name (APN) according to your phone and select it. Then restart your phone.

For Android: Settings > Connections > Cellular > APN > Add New APN (as described below) and save it > Select the APN you created

For iOS : Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options > Cellular Data Network > Add New APN (as described below) and save it > Select the APN you created

With some iPhones, if the APN option is not showing, please reset the network: Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network
