If you cannot use your sim at visiting countries, please contact our customer service at: Zalo/Whatsapp/ Viber/ Wechat: +84(0)889105106, or +84 (0) 947296299, we will support you to activate sims. In any case, you should contact us; because this may be simple error belonging to setting problem.
In case after contact us without any help, we will refund when you arriving in Vietnam
Situations that you will be refunded
1. Sim failure: your phone cannot detect the sim and notes that “No signal” – 100% refund, including delivery fee of new simcard.
2. Failure in activation: 100% refund, including delivery fee of new simcard.
3. Your phone does not support simcard due to model or wrong setting – 60% refund after you return the sim.
Step for returning
a. Email to email@example.com or call us: +855 712445566 within 03 days from the date you arrive in Vietnam, and report your sim’s problems.
b. Return your sim to our representative office at Street 271, Sangkat Boeng Tompun, Khan Meanchey, Phnom Penh.
c. We will contact you within 3 days from the date receiving the sim. You will be refunded via bank account.
